Stakko

Privacy Policy

Effective 20 October 2026 · Applies to the Stakko app for iPhone, including beta versions on TestFlight.

The short version

Who we are

Stakko is made by Pol Arlé, based in Luxembourg. You can reach us at [email protected].

What the app stores, and where

To work, Stakko saves the following on your iPhone:

This data is stored only in the app's storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to any server. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, the data is included in that backup, which Apple and your device settings control.

What we don't do

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, Stakko asks for permission to send notifications. Reminders and low-stock alerts are scheduled locally on your iPhone. No notification server is involved, and you can turn them off any time in the app or in your iPhone's Settings.

Beta testing on TestFlight

If you test Stakko through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share some information with us: crash reports, basic usage information such as sessions, and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send, together with the email address you use for TestFlight. We use this only to fix bugs and improve the app, and we delete it when the beta ends. Apple's own handling is described in Apple's privacy policy.

App Store analytics

If you've allowed your iPhone to share analytics with app developers, Apple may show us anonymous, aggregated statistics such as downloads and crash counts. This never identifies you.

Deleting your data

You're always in control. Use Settings → Reset Stakko in the app to erase everything, or delete the app from your iPhone. Since we don't hold any of your data, there's nothing for us to delete on our side. If you emailed us, ask and we'll delete that email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the GDPR give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because Stakko doesn't collect personal data, these mostly apply to emails you send us. Contact [email protected] for any request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Luxembourg that is the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données).

Children

Stakko is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 16. It doesn't knowingly collect data from anyone.

Health information

The supplement guide in Stakko is general information and not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a health condition or take medication.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the app ever starts collecting data, we'll explain it here and in the app before it happens.
